To schedule and send silent messages, users can simply type out their messages, but long tap on the send button instead of simply pressing it. This will show you the schedule and silent message options. All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud. While you can receive/send files irrespective of their type and size, you can disable automatic media download and auto-play media to save mobile data.
